Sheats operates as an elite independent technology entity providing software development, cloud architecture, and AI integrations. Our commitment is entirely output-driven, measured by our adherence to bespoke strategic proposals crafted for each client.

Intellectual Property

Complete Code Ownership

Unlike traditional agencies that license code, Sheats guarantees total intellectual property transfer upon final settlement.

03. Client Duties

Collaboration Baseline

Premium execution requires timely inputs. Clients agree to provide accurate technical data, API keys, and assets rapidly to avoid stalling our rigorous engineering pipeline.

04. Liability

Limited Exposure

While we build highly resilient systems, Sheats shall remain exempt from liabilities involving indirect startup scaling constraints or unforeseen third-party API downtimes.

Contract Modifications

Platform constraints and market conditions evolve. We reserve the right to dynamically update these universal terms at our discretion. However, distinct individual SOWs (Statements of Work) locked via contract will retain their bespoke terms unless mutually amended.
